.We have been operating successfully since 2013. It all started as a personnel consultancy within the framework of the partnership of a consulting firm. Due to our successful management expertise, we received enquiries from the management consultancy sector as well. We have responded to this request by expanding our specialist divisions in two steps to three segments in 2017. The generalist approach between the various departments enables us to offer a broad spectrum of expertise with the highest degree of discretion. We offer project and interim management, consulting, recruitment and industry-related services from a single source. The generalistic approach helps us to develop spin-over ideas and position them as USP for your company. Nevertheless, we are not superficial generalists, but each one of us is a specialist in his or her own field with close interdependence.
